The Moby wrap is WONDERFUL! It's basically just a super long piece of cotton fabric that you wrap around yourself and stick the baby in. It seems really overwhelming at first but after a few times watching a YouTube video on how to put it on...you'll be a pro!
When Kalvin was about a month old, this is the only way he'd nap! This continued for a few months! This was a true life saver (and back saver!!!) I was able to continue on with my day while he napped. I'd do laundry, dishes, and even vacuum! We even brought him with shopping the day after Thanksgiving at 4:00am! He just hung out all day next to me!
If someone asks for an opinion on what baby things were helpful, I ALWAYS suggest this thing! Now that I'm able to get Kalvin to nap in a bed, I don't wear this thing as much as I should. You can hold children up to 35 lbs in it!!!
I got it back out of the closet a few days ago and I was correct...Kalvin still loved it!! Enjoy the pics I took of him this morning! We're in a very good, smiley mood today :)
I decided that every Wednesday I'm going to post about a product I love and couldn't live without. It may be boring for you...haha...but it will be nice for me to document and look back at later.
Also, an update on Vera...She's been pretty nutso the last few days! I think she's getting stir crazy from the super cold weather ( I don't blame her! I am too!!!) This morning she was scooting her butt across the floor. I'm hoping she feels OK! It did look pretty funny though!
