I thought I'd share the recipe and then I'll be able to archive the yumminess forever! It was super duper easy.
Here's the recipe! It was on the back of the Target Brand- Market Pantry coconut. 
Here it is all done! It fluffed up a tiny bit and got nice and golden brown!
When it baked it got a nice crust to it but the inside was super gooey and delicious! With all the butter from the crust and 2 cups of brown sugar, it tastes just like caramel. If I was going to serve this to guests, i'd probably drizzle raspberries over it...so it's not so brown. :)
The BEST part of this recipe...Dan opened up the dish this morning and said "yum, what's this?" When I told him it was coconut bars he said "yuck...I don't like coconut!"
YES!!! That means I get to eat the entire pan myself!! WHOO HOO for not having to share!
