I finally did what I should have done LONG ago and bought a Brita water pitcher! Since moving into this house last March, we've been buying jugs of water. I was pregnant at the time and nervous about drinking nasty water out of an old well. I use the water for cooking but I've NEVER even tried it out of the tap. Just an FYI...Brita has a deal going on until the end of the month where these are 'Buy one, Get one free'. Whoo hoo! Even though we don't need two pitchers, we'll definitely need that extra filter in a few months!!
The other night while I was doing dishes, I gave Kalvin one of my pots to bang on to keep him entertained. He was so excited and used his little hand to pound!
...and his little mouth had to try it :)

In other news...Dan stayed home from work today to hang out with Kalvin and I!! WHOO HOO! He's been working super long hours at his 2 jobs so we're excited for him to relax a bit! He's still in bed sleeping which we're also happy about because he's been running on like 5 hours of sleep a night for a few weeks. It's supposed to be semi-warm today too...I think this will be a good day!
